DÉPS Supports the Digital Transformation of Fromagerie Polyethnique Le Bédouin

Business growth often comes with new challenges. For Fromagerie Polyethnique - Le Bédouin, that growth led to a strategic reflection on how to modernize its human resources practices in order to better support the company's long-term development.
The company launched a digital transformation project aimed at assessing its needs, reviewing key HR practices and identifying tools that are better aligned with its current and future realities.
Over the past several years, Fromagerie Polyethnique - Le Bédouin has experienced significant growth. Like many businesses across Québec, it must also adapt to an evolving labour market while ensuring its management practices continue to support operational efficiency and employee engagement.
To support this initiative, DÉPS provided financial assistance of $25,000 through the Innovative Business Program. The company also benefited from the guidance and support of Mélanie Dulong, Business Advisor at DÉPS.
"Thank you again for your support. Without it, I would not have been able to bring this project to completion."
Camille Salvas, President of Fromagerie Polyethnique - Le Bédouin.
Beyond the implementation of a new digital tool, this project will help the company strengthen its HR practices and ensure they remain aligned with its growth objectives and the realities of today's labour market.
DÉPS is proud to support local businesses in their innovation, digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
