Développement économique Pierre-De-Saurel is a non-profit organization managed by business people from the various socio-economic sectors of the MRC Pierre-De Saurel.

Développement économique Pierre-De Saurel (DÉPS) is a non-profit organization managed by local people from the various socio-economic sectors of the MRC de Pierre-De Saurel. Its mission is to contribute to economic development through the creation of sustainable jobs, by supporting and stimulating entrepreneurship, including social economy entrepreneurship. It promotes business projects in the MRC de Pierre-De Saurel and participates in local development in collaboration with the region's other socioeconomic partners.
Its mandate is based on a broad vision of development. On the one hand, DÉPS offers front-line services to entrepreneurs in its territory: technical and financial support for business start-ups, expansion and consolidation. On the other hand, to ensure business growth, DÉPS works closely with local partners to create conditions favorable to regional development (establishment or consolidation of infrastructures, regional promotion, etc.).
The strength of its action: consultation with local partners. Développement économique Pierre-De Saurel operates at the heart of a well-established network that brings together various government institutions, municipal authorities, the business and social economy community and the trade union movement.
