Funded by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MAMH), this project is based on a web platform and a personalized support service for both candidates and employers.

Talents Région Sorel-Tracy is a unique platform structured into three main sections:

- Resource Support – A behind-the-scenes guidance system led by DÉPS, CJE Pierre-De Saurel, and L’Orienthèque, assisting candidates throughout the process.
