Mentorship provides entrepreneurs with a confidential space to step back, reflect on their realities and exchange ideas with an experienced business person. Complementing DÉPS’s business support services, the process focuses on the entrepreneur and their journey.
The mentor
An experienced person who supports reflection through listening, thoughtful questions and shared experience. The mentor’s role is not to provide ready-made solutions or act as a consultant or professional advisor.
The mentee
An entrepreneur who wants to step back, gain perspective and benefit from the insights of someone who has experienced different realities in business. The mentee remains fully responsible for their decisions and those concerning their business.
