DÉPS Supports Sortrac’s Growth and Modernization Project

Développement économique Pierre-De Saurel (DÉPS) is proud to have supported Sortrac in the implementation of a growth project aimed at modernizing its operations and enhancing its facilities.
A well-established company in the printing industry, Sortrac continues to invest in its development to better serve its clients and remain competitive in an evolving market.
The project includes the modernization of key business processes as well as improvements to the company’s building façade. These investments will help optimize operations, strengthen the company’s image and support its long-term growth.
To support this initiative, DÉPS provided financing of $140,000 through the Local Investment Funds (FLI) and Local Solidarity Funds (FLS), powered by Caisse Desjardins Pierre-De Saurel.
The project was carried out with the support of Daniella Icart, Business Advisor at DÉPS, who assisted the company throughout the process.
“Businesses that invest in modernization contribute directly to the economic vitality of our region. Projects like this help strengthen competitiveness while creating the conditions needed for sustainable growth.”
Jean-François Leblanc, Assistant General Manager
DÉPS congratulates Renaud Millette and the entire Sortrac team on this initiative, which reflects their commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
Thanks to forward-looking businesses like Sortrac, the Sorel-Tracy region continues to stand out for its entrepreneurial spirit and its ability to thrive in a constantly changing business environment.
