After more than 50 years of serving the region, Climatisation Chauffage Sorel-Tracy is entering a new chapter with the arrival of three new shareholders: Vincent Beaulieu-Ducharme, Émile Cantin and Frédérick Michaud.
This transaction is part of a gradual business succession process, allowing the next generation, already actively involved in the company, to acquire a significant ownership stake. This transition is designed to ensure the company's continuity while laying the foundation for its next stage of growth.
Structuring the Financing for a Business Transfer
A business succession project involves many considerations, particularly from a financial and transactional perspective.
