The shortage of workers is well established in the Quebec City region. As a result, many companies are making international recruitment an integral part of their hiring activities, in order to alleviate labor shortages and ensure the growth of their organization.

As the economic development agency for the Québec City region, Québec International's mandate is to help companies and organizations attract and retain the best talent. In fact, we were the first region in Quebec to mobilize and organize international recruitment missions. Since 2008, more than 70 missions have been coordinated by our agency.
