As part of the PME en transition project, CRE Montérégie and Québec Net Positif, in collaboration with Développement économique de l'agglomération de Longueuil (DEL), invite you to take part in a series of webinars followed by a face-to-face activity on measuring and reducing greenhouse gases (GHGs) in manufacturing SMEs.

Webinar 1 - Measuring corporate GHGs

The first webinar will take place on Thursday, August 22, and will explore the initial steps involved in starting and planning a carbon footprint, as well as the benefits of measurement and effective methods for collecting the required data. This webinar will be given by Julie Cloutier, specialist - ecoresponsible practices at DEL.

Webinar 2 - Improving your carbon footprint: reducing the impact of transportation

The second webinar will take place on Thursday, September 5, and will address the following question: how can we improve our carbon footprint once we've measured it? To answer this question, speakers will discuss transport-related topics such as transport pooling, sustainable logistics and fleet electrification.

Webinar 3 - Improving your carbon footprint: aiming for energy efficiency

The third webinar will take place on Thursday, September 19, and will pursue the objective of the second webinar by tackling topics related to corporate energy efficiency, such as energy productivity and operations optimization.


Practical workshop (in person)

On Thursday, October 10, a face-to-face event will be held in the Montérégie region, where you will have the opportunity to discuss best practices and success stories with experts and companies that have taken steps to reduce their GHG emissions.
