What is the Talent Incubator?
It’s an online recruitment initiative that allows employers to hire qualified international candidates at an advantageous rate. All candidates are motivated by a professional project in Quebec.

Québec International’s Talent Incubator brings together hundreds of candidates with two or more years of relevant work experience and an intermediate to advanced proficiency in French (depending on the job requirements).

Employers will have the opportunity to meet candidates primarily from the following countries*:
Tunisia
Morocco
Algeria
Cameroon
Madagascar
*Please note that restrictions may apply to recruitment in certain regions, depending on the positions to be filled.

Eligible Sectors
This initiative is aimed at public and private sector employers with positions to fill in the following fields:

Health: Patient attendants, nursing assistants
Education and Early Childhood Educational Services: Early childhood educators and assistant educators, primary, preschool, and secondary school teachers

What’s Included with Registration:
Pre-screening of candidates based on areas of expertise, work experience, and level of French proficiency (self-declared)
Confirmation of candidates' interest in the available positions
A preparatory meeting for interviews
An information session on the recognition of foreign diplomas
Coordination of the online interview schedule (up to 4 interview days)

For Early Childhood Educator Positions: Access to financial assistance, including reimbursement of 75% of costs related to the Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) for up to 5 new workers.

Unlimited hires, with the option to keep unsuccessful applications for future recruitment needs
For organizations participating in a Québec International recruitment initiative for the first time: 3 hours of free consultation with an immigration lawyer from our partner, BB Immigration

Key Dates:
Job Interviews: Online from November 25 to 28, 2024
Employer Registration Deadline: September 6, 2024

Rates and Conditions:
Companies with more than 50 employees: $3,000 + taxes
Companies with 50 employees or less: $1,500 + taxes
A registration fee of $250 + taxes is required, which will be deducted from the final invoice.
